To access files easily, you could use a sFTP client. The panel has an upload limit of 100MB. sFTP does not have a download or upload limit.
We discuss how you can establish a sFTP connection in this article.
Application requirement
You need a FTP-client to create a FTP-connection.
We advise to use to a program called WinSCP. You can download that program right here.
WinSCP is a Windows only application, so we recommend FileZilla if you use Linux or an Apple device. You can download FileZilla here.
The connection
Option 1:
- Open the controlpanel and head to the specific server you want to create a FTP connection to.
- Head to the settings tab and search for the sFTP section on the left side.
- You have a button on the left side called "Launch sFTP connection". You can click this button to start the sFTP connection right away. The password that is beeing asked is the same as the one you log-in with on the panel. After this you should now connect with the FTP protocol to your server. You can navigate, edit, upload, download and delete files from here. Proceed to option 2 if this method does not work for you.

- We don't recommend to save your password in WinSCP or FileZilla due to security reasons.
