To prevent incidents involving the abuse of XinsHosting VPS services, several standard SMTP mail ports are blocked by default. This has been done to guarantee the security and stability of our systems and our customers.
The following mail ports are blocked by default:

Port 25;

Port 465;

Port 587.
These mail ports can be opened upon request. In your request, please specify which port you would like to have opened and the reason why you require this port.
Before submitting a request, we ask you to ensure that your account contains the following accurate details:

Full name;

Complete and correct residential/business address;

Correct email address;
-
Correct phone number;
-
And, where applicable, company name and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number.
We may perform checks to verify that this information is correct. We aim to complete requests within 24 hours (on business days).
